In Yr 1, MENTAL COACH Kight moved USC from 4 & 8 the prior year to 11 & 3. By teaching the players the "EDGE". Which is where talent stops and elite performance begins. Tim explains that most coaches don’t have a SYSTEM for teaching the mental side of the game.

BILL WALSH, Super Bowl winning coach with the San Francisco 49ers, explains the proper scoreboard for success. It is not winning, but rather the process and the journey. He learned this the hard way.
